AEPOC press update

AEPOC President Jean Grenier will be speaking at the Digital TV CEE congress - Digital TV in Central and Eastern Europe - on June 24, Budapest.

The panel session “Creating a Secure Pay-TV Market” examines how broadcasters and operators can combat piracy in the regions and create propositions that customers are willing to pay for. Jean Grenier, President of the European Association for the Protection of Encrypted Works and Services (AEPOC), discusses with Geir Bjørndal, Sales & Marketing Director/COO, Conax, Frederic Maizeret, EVP Sales, Viaccess and Andrew Glasspool, Managing Partner, Farncombe Technology. The panel starts at 4:45 pm on Tuesday, June 24, located at the Marriott Hotel Budapest.

Next AEPOC BOD and OGA meetings

The next AEPOC Board of Directors and Ordinary General Assembly meetings will be held on Thursday, June 12, 2008 in Stockholm, hosted by AEPOC member company Boxer TV-Access.
